Step 1, then two honest paths
Every partner starts by purchasing an operator tier for the EA. After that, choose how each seat runs: self-run with no profit share, or managed at 25% of net monthly profit per managed account.

Purchase the EA on a tier
Choose an operator tier. That purchase unlocks the expert advisor, deployment rights for the accounts in that package, and the desk tooling that belongs with it — infrastructure and seat rights, not a profit share.

Self-run EA
Keep the EA, run your own seats, and skip the management percentage entirely. There is no recurring % of profit on the self-run path — only your tier purchase and any platform access listed with that package.
Path B
Managed — 25% per account
If you want the desk to run, watch, and adapt seats for you, management is 25% of net monthly profit per managed account — settled month-end on profitable months only. No share when that account’s month is flat or a loss. Multi-account tiers mean multiple accounts, each billed on its own results.

When Jireh manages an account, month-end performance share applies on profitable months only for that account — no share on flat or loss months. Tiers can include multiple accounts; the share is calculated per managed account, not as one vague partner total. That percentage is how the desk stays staffed, hosted, and ready when prop firms rewrite the rules. Buy-and-self-run partners do not pay this share.
Primary managed fee: 25% of net monthly profit per managed account — settled on the month-end ledger. Self-run after purchase: no recurring profit percentage.

Prop firms rewrite daily loss, drawdown, news, and account rules — often without much notice. That can force EA updates, profile rebuilds, and sometimes a strategy change so each account stays compliant. Staying ready for that motion is a core reason managed accounts share results month-end; material rebuilds may also carry a separate adapt-event fee under agreement.
Figures and growth bands are illustrative for planning only. They are not performance guarantees. The performance share is 25% of net monthly profit per managed account under a signed agreement — not a vague partner-level lump. Tier purchase unlocks EA and platform rights; self-run partners do not pay a recurring percentage of profit. You remain responsible for trading decisions and prop-firm rule compliance.
